At Elysian Echo, each piece is carefully crafted and handled with attention to detail. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalised items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • You notify us in writing before returning the item

To request a return, please contact us at info@elysian-echo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
